• A first of its kind ‘conservation safari’ experience combining Singita Sasakwa Lodge and Sabora Tented Camp will take you on a journey through the projects that are the life force behind our conservation success
• $7,403.00 for the all-inclusive 6-night package, plus a contribution of $50,000 per person will be used to fund the Black Rhino Program and the Environmental Education Centre
Two set departure dates: 18 February and 14 November 2017. Min 2, max 6 guests.
Anti-poaching Unit and The Black Rhino Project
The Singita Grumeti Fund is working with Tanzanian authorities on a reintroduction programme to boost numbers of black rhino in the Serengeti. Along with this, a team of 120 game scouts undergo an intensive nine-day selection process, with successful candidates enrolled on a month-long, field-ranger course that teaches them all the basic skills they will require.
Part of your donation will help train, equip, feed and place two anti-poaching scouts in the field for a year, or assist in the funding of the Black Rhino Project.
Environmental Education Centre
Your donation will cover all costs associated with the Environmental Education Center for six weeks. This directly translates to 72 students and six teachers being exposed to an intensive weeklong residential course at the Singita Grumeti Fund’s flagship Environmental Education Centre with attendees going onto relay what they have learnt to their family and local communities.
