What happens in the Serengeti in the green season?

The green season is a period when a huge surge of energy hits the Serengeti, rain and new lives. Between the months of November and March the Serengeti is green and has exceptional game viewing and an incredible influx of foals, calves and cubs. The rains are always welcomed and towards the end of the dry season always very much needed, the dust is settled and everyone breathes a sign of relief.
