Elephant Pepper sits in a location of the Mara North Conservancy which is almost unrivalled in terms of scenery – the vast open plains and Aitong Hills stretch before you and even as this is being written we can see a pride of lions through the binoculars on the far hill. The lodge is made of campaign furniture which gives it a romantic and stylish air, although the atmosphere is informal and relaxed with friendly and efficient staff welcoming you at every turn. The game viewing here is exceptional especially for lion as the 35 strong Cheli Pride dominates these plains. The food is gourmet and rooms comfortable and wild with stunning views of the plains. Here is our trip in photos. We think this says enough.
