King Lewanika Lodge is the most exciting thing to happen to Africa for a few years, not least because of the amazing location in Liuwa. It is designed by Silvio Rech and Lesley Carstens (of North Island and Chinzombo fame) and is open during the months of November and December, to take advantage of the wildebeest birthing, and in April to July when the skies are crystal clear.
King Lewanika Lodge is one of the most exclusive camps within the Liuwa Plains of Zambia. The game viewing in this area is truly phenomenal with ample opportunities for budding photographers to capture all sorts of stunning species on camera.
