Zanzibar is a semi-autonomous part of the United Republic of Tanzania – Zanzibar Archipelago in the Indian Ocean is just 25-50 kilometres off the coast of Tanzania and comprises numerous small beautiful tropical islands, and two large ones (Unguja (also known as Zanzibar) and Pemba).
