Siwandu

Siwandu Camp is intimate and blends in seamlessly with it’s surroundings. All safari tents are widely spaced to ensure absolute privacy, along the lake shores, and are raised on timber platforms with two large verandahs on either side where one can sit with a cup of tea each morning watching the sunrise or have sundowners. Elephant are frequently in camp – and sometimes you might even find one drinking out of your open air shower. The camp is tranquil and peaceful.

Siwandu Camp offers a huge array of activities to chose from, all tailor made to your requirements, including river safaris, game drives, bush walks and photography. Much of the Selous’s wildlife ventures down to the Lake to drink in the late afternoon making Siwandu Camp an absolute hive of activity.
