What’s the difference: This camp is set in the most beautiful location in an incredibly remote part of this huge park, reading the bush telegraph the next morning on the sandy path outside your tent is fascinating, often elephant and cats have been silently through camp at night. The walking and fly camping here is also some of the most magical in Tanzania.

Oliver’s Camp is a lovely little camp, which is deep in the heart of Tarangire, and often absolutely surrounded by huge herds of elephant. Particular highlights here are walking out to a fly camp, and sleeping under the stars, in the middle of nowhere. This is nature in its purest form and the setting of Oliver’s Camp is completely idyllic.
Walking safaris are the specialty of the camp, and the depth of knowledge and experience of the camp naturalist guides makes the experience one to never forget.
