Mugie House is the newest property to add to the Laikipia luxury lodge list. It is extremely inviting, colourful, warm and relaxing. The lodge is elevated above the Laikipia Plateau with far reaching and mind blowing views and is small enough to feel intimate with huge cottages and suites which are welcoming and extremely comfortable.
Mugie Ranch is a privately owned working cattle ranch with a cracking anti poaching team including five bloodhounds – heading out to meet these friendly and affectionate dogs and see them at work out in the bush is a huge highlight. The ranch is a haven for elephants, buffalo and other plains game – as well as lion, cheetah and leopard which you may be lucky enough to see, and will certainly be the only vehicle on the sighting when you see anything exciting. Privacy here is unrivalled.
